Our process is simple! After you schedule service, our technicians visit your property on the agreed-upon day and time. They'll meticulously clean your entire yard, removing all pet waste. We double-check our work and sanitize our equipment between properties. Once complete, we'll leave a service confirmation note and properly dispose of all waste according to local regulations. You don't even need to be home during the service!

We currently service the greater Houston metropolitan area. If you're unsure if your location is within our service area, please contact us, and we'll be happy to check for you. We're continually expanding our service areas to meet demand.

We provide service in most weather conditions, including light rain or snow. However, for the safety of our team and to ensure quality service, we may reschedule during severe weather events. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you promptly to arrange the next available time slot, typically within 24-48 hours of your original appointment.

No, you don't need to be home during our service. As long as we have access to your yard (either through a gate or by providing a key/code), we can complete the cleaning while you're away. Many of our customers prefer this convenience. We'll always leave a service confirmation note, as well as a photo of the closed gate, to let you know we've been there.

You can reschedule or cancel a service by calling our customer service line or through your online account. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to avoid a cancellation fee. For recurring service customers, you can put your service on hold for vacations or other events without penalty as long as you give us advance notice.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. For recurring service customers, we offer convenient automatic billing. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment. We also offer special discounts for prepaying for multiple services in advance.

Not at all! We love hanging out with friendly dogs. However, if our staff encounter any aggressive behavior, we'll ask you to keep them separated during the visit. Safety of our staff and your dogs is paramount.
